Carefully transcribed from an audio interview posted on Radio 1’s John Peel tribute page shortly after he passed away. I can’t find the file online anymore, but this is what was on it.

Interviewer: John. You’re locked in the room with George Bush. What advice do you give him?

John Peel: I think I should just disembowel him. Oh, not much of a fighting man, but I think I could come up with one or two things. No – a terrifyingly stupid, dangerous, venal man, and the most dangerous man on the planet, you know. I think advice would be wasted, to be honest. I don’t think he would understand what you were talking about.
